The Software Sector Capacity Building Project
Employers within the Cornish software industry have identified significant growth in the sector over the next 3-5 years requiring increasing numbers of highly skilled and talented individuals to enter and progress within the workforce. A lack of appropriate accredited training programmes locally is further contributing to an increasing skills gap within the sector.
The primary aim of this project is to address the growing demand for highly skilled, talented and motivated employees in specialist disciplines within the Cornish software sector.
