In October, Bluefruit Software took a big step. They formed an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), and now 51% of the business is owned by employees.
Paul Massey Director of Bluefruit says “Forming the EOT means that my wife and I have sold just over half of our shares to the people who make Bluefruit such a successful business in the first place. It means that our people have a “significant and meaningful” stake in our company, by having shares in it and a say in how we run it”.
