In just 4 short years they have grown their team to nearly 60 people and they don’t show any signs of slowing down.

The IT sector is growing at an astounding rate but the media is reporting an IT skills shortage. There have been changes to the National Curriculum to help improve this but there is a lot more work to be done.
Headforwards were impressed with the work Software Cornwall was doing in this area and felt that together we could really make a difference. They have enjoyed joining us to be a part of Career Shows, STEM Fairs and Missions to Mars.
Headforwards want to promote the growth of the industry in Cornwall.
They found that people were often surprised that there was even one software company in the county, when in fact there are many more!
The TechNation survey showed that a massive 77 tech businesses in Cornwall took part and registered. Soon Cornwall will be recognised as a hub of Digital talent which will be great news for all the businesses involved.
Another reason for joining was recruitment.
