Your Role
You will be working as a part of a multi-skilled team to help deliver solutions to our clients based across the UK.  Your role will be hands on, supporting and working with our Delivery Teams.

 Your job will involve:

  • Accountability for delivery of agile software engineering projects and programmes
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs
  • Strong leadership throughout delivery, ensuring projects align with customer business objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining communication channels and agile ceremonies e.g. stand-ups, demonstrations, retrospectives, Trello/Jira boards etc.
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships. Being the client’s main point of contact and ensuring they remain an advocate of Rowe IT
  • Responsibility for project governance and reporting (internal and external), working with the commercial team to ensure accurate billing and for ensuring contracts and commercial terms are adhered to
  • Identifying opportunities for future growth, working closely with our leadership and sales teams, and support sales/tendering processes
  • Supporting the resourcing of teams across the business including scheduling, creating and maintaining a skills matrix, understanding teams’ future needs and resolving scheduling clashes.

Who Are You?

Required Skills:

  • Worked in software delivery environments and have experience in delivering complex software projects
  • Ability to apply understanding to customer requirements
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical people
  • Self-driven with a desire to deliver positive outcomes
  • Implementing and improving processes

Desired Skills:

  • Strong software engineering background with a relevant degree
  • Working with the public sector
  • Professional services experience
