Agile on the Beach (AOTB) is a not-for-profit business established in 2011 that hosts physical and digital events focusing on the agile methodology and its application across business and personal development.

Our flagship event is held annually on the Falmouth University campus in Cornwall.  Here, our 500 plus national and international attendees and speakers enjoy some of the best conference facilities in the UK, with the beach and Atlantic Ocean providing possibly the most impressive conference backdrop ever seen.

Our mission at AOTB is simple – to deliver an environment for businesses and individuals at all stages of their digital transformation and agile journey to thrive, grow and develop and due to business growth we need the right person to join the team so we can pass the baton on.
