Trainer Bio

Mark Gray

Mark has been working with Agile on real world projects for over 30 years. He was involved in the early stages of the definition and discussions that resulted in one of the first Agile frameworks. Working for a Global IT consultancy for 22 years Mark was exposed to a wide range of industries and cultures. During this time Mark advised the UK Cabinet office, where he collaborated on the first ever E-commerce strategy. Mark was fundamental in successfully introducing and demonstrating the advantages of Agile to many organisations.

Mark regularly publishes articles on Agile use and misuse on the Medium platform and often presents at conferences and meetups. Mark is currently working with IBM on the global Agile transformation of BP.

Mark prides himself on taking organisations beyond the adoption of frameworks and allowing them to realise the full benefits of True Agility.

Unless it is giving you a real business advantage it’s not True Agility.
